Refer a friend or family member and earn rewards

We're excited to extend an invitation to join our referral program to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and loyalty. Simply send us a referral, and upon signing and completion of their project, you'll receive a 1% reward (up to $1,000) based on the original signed contract price. For referrals made by real estate professionals, rates may vary depending on the level of involvement, and terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to signing any contracts.

 
 
 

STEP 1

Get in touch via phone or email to notify us of a referral you are sending

 
 

STEP 2

Ensure your referral informs us that they were sent by you when they reach out to us to set up a meeting.

 
 

STEP 3

Following the signing of the contract, the project will start, and upon completion you will receive your reward.

 

Program Conditions

  • The 1% reward will be calculated based on the original signed contract. Change orders or subsequent contracts are not eligible for rewards.

  • Reward payment will be made upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment.

  • Referrals must be communicated to Roll Construction either before or no later than the first meeting with the potential client.

  • Payments exceeding $600.00 will necessitate completion of a W-9 form, and a 1099 will be issued in compliance with IRS regulations.

  • Projects exceeding $50,000 will require a disclosure statement signed by all parties prior to the initial meeting for professionals such as Realtors, Accountants, Insurance Agents, and Attorneys.

  • Roll Construction reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the program at any time without prior notice.

  • The Referral Program is not applicable to insurance-related work.
